Search Queries
A name or place entered in a search tool is transmitted to the outside provider that operates that tool. The provider processes the request under its own policy. Green County Criminal History does not keep a separate log of those search terms.
Messages and Contact Submissions
When a visitor sends an email, the message and return address may be retained long enough to respond and maintain ordinary records. The contents are not shared outside the organization unless law requires disclosure.

Routine server and analytics logs may collect technical details when a page loads:

Cookies and Analytics

No Criminal-Record Data on File
Green County Criminal History does not build, host, or sell a database of personal criminal records. It publishes routing information for the Green County Sheriff, the Office of Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police, AOC, and the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a dossier about another person, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their policies, not this policy, govern information submitted through those tools. Each provider decides how long it keeps data and when it shares data, so review the provider's terms before proceeding.

Links may lead to Green County offices, Kentucky agencies, court systems, legal resources, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination's privacy policy controls the visit. Review it before providing personal details.
