These terms govern access to Green County Criminal History and its search tools, links, and written material. Visiting or using any part of the website signifies agreement to every condition below. NO FCRA USE. Green County Criminal History is privately operated and has no government affiliation. It is not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm. 1. What This Website Is

This private reference site is independent from Green County, Kentucky, and federal agencies. It does not store official records, conduct official checks, retrieve files, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its role is to describe routes to the Green County Sheriff, the Office of Circuit Court Clerk, Kentucky State Police, AOC, and the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry, while also displaying independently operated search tools.
